Sam Drazin to Visit St. Anne's School

On Wednesday, December 6, Sam Drazin will visit St. Anne's School. Mr. Drazin is an educator born with Treacher Collins Syndrome—a rare congenital disorder resulting in both facial anomaly and hearing loss. Mr. Drazin underwent seven surgeries as a child while attending the local public school. He presents to a wide array of audiences across the country sharing his story and facilitating meaningful conversations around what it means to be different. His visit to St. Anne's School will be in coordination with the film release of "Wonder." The Humanities Department will be coordinating a book discussion and/or viewing of the new film adaption of the book before Mr. Drazin's visit. Parents are welcome to attend the parent coffee at 8:10 a.m. with Mr. Drazin on December 6, or attend one of his assemblies during the day.
