Fine Arts Teacher/Arts Associate

Maggie Lewis holds a B.A. in Studio Art with a minor in Art History from the University of Maryland. Ms. Lewis comes to us as a veteran counselor with our school's summer camp, where she created curriculum and led instruction. Maggie also served as our interim art teacher last year for Kindergarten through Eighth Grade students. During the school year, Maggie runs her own art business and on weekends promotes herself and her craft at local art shows, art festivals, and more. Maggie is also a published author of the children's book Moonlight Memoirs.
After Care Program Lead Teacher
B.A., Cal State San Marcos
We welcome Leslie Merry as an After Care Program Lead Teacher in our Program for Young Children. Leslie has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University San Marcos and she is working on her Masters in Child Development from Pacific Oaks College. She has been teaching preschool for over forty years.
New to the area, Leslie moved to Annapolis in June. She and her husband are high school sweethearts and are both from Duxbury, Massachusetts. They have two wonderful children, and three beautiful granddaughters Nora (3), Vivian (18 months), and Avery (5 months). Leslie shared, "I love teaching – it fills my soul"! She also enjoys cooking, traveling, watching movies, the ocean, eating seafood, and most of all being with my family. Leslie feels so fortunate to be at St. Anne’s School working with our students and families.
Kindergarten - Eighth Grade After Care Program Lead Teacher
Spencer Jones, St. Anne's School Class of 2010, has been a part of the St. Anne's School community since her early years as a student at the school. Spencer first joined the staff as a counselor with Camp Annapolis but for the past three years he has served as a lead teacher in our After Care program.
