This is a five-day fun and creative learning experience for girls who enjoy discovering new things, solving problems and learning how things work. In addition to having fun, participants learn about mechanical and software design, problem solving, and teamwork skills. Campers will go swimming Monday and Wednesday morning and should arrive at camp ready to swim, with a change of clothes for after swimming.

This is a five-day fun and creative learning experience for kids to attend during the summer. Kids work in pairs to solve challenges by building and programming robots using the LEGO Robolab (RCX) Robotics Invention System. Campers will go swimming Wednesday morning and should arrive at camp ready to swim, with a change of clothes for after swimming.
Advanced LEGO Robotics Register Now
Dates: July 9 – 12, July 16-20

Ages: Rising Fourth - Eighth Grade

Kids work in pairs to solve challenges by building and programming robots using the LEGO Mindstorms (NXT) Robotics Invention System. This is a five-day fun and creative learning experience for kids who have advanced experience using LEGO Mindstorms (NXT) Robotics Invention System and Mindstorm programming software to attend during the summer. Students will work in small teams to compete in an interactive robotic competition taking the last afternoon of camp. Students will learn to design, build and program multiple robots to communicate between each other for the team competition. Campers will go swimming Monday and Wednesday morning and should arrive at camp ready to swim, with a change of clothes for after swimming. Must have attended Advanced LEGO Robotics.

This is a five-day fun and creative learning experience for kids who have advanced experience using LEGO Mindstorms (NXT) Robotics Invention System and Mindstorm programming software to attend during the summer. Stop Motion Animation Register Now
Dates: July 2 – 6 (No Camp July 4)
Fees: $250
Ages: Rising Fourth - Eighth Grade
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Campers will create stop-motion animation shorts using constructed props or their own materials. Students are encouraged to bring in action figures or other toys to animate. Beginners will focus on planning, story-line, and stop-motion technology. Campers with stop-motion animation experience will learn more advanced techniques in design and sound.
Hand-Drawn Animation Register Now
Dates: July 23 – 27
Fees: $300
Ages: Rising Fourth - Eighth Grade
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Campers will create drawn animation shorts. Particular attention will be spent on tweening and the aspects of smooth animation. Students will draw frame-by-frame to animate abstract shapes and designs of their choosing. More advanced students can draw their own characters.
