Our Educators
Experienced educators who also teach in our preschool program lead the Annapolis Twos. With more than twenty years experience in early education and child development, our teachers have a wealth of exceptional knowledge not only about early childhood learning but also about the importance of collaborating with families. Educators in the Twos program participate in and lead professional development workshops sponsored by the North America Reggio Emilia Alliance, the Association of Independent Maryland Schools and the Mid-Atlantic Episcopal Schools Early Childhood Association. Most importantly, our teachers light up our classroom with their loving warmth, nurturance and excitement that allows each toddler to shine!
Our Experienced Educators:

- Document children’s progress for parents, other teachers and children to see
- Organize the classroom and materials to be aesthetically pleasing
- Reflect on their own learning as well as on the children’s learning
- Form a partnership among teachers and parents
- Foster the connection between home, school and community
